Blog Post: School's Out Forever!

"School's Out Forever" is a classic Detroit Rock tune. Alice Cooper sang it around 1975. It is a fun song. But this is a Jobing.com blog. How in the heck does this song apply?

Well, for more than some of you out there looking for work and a new career, there is an option for you. Have you considered GOING or GOING back to school? Now, you can still get a good paying job without a college education. but college never hurts. And education is something NO ONE can ever take away from you.

It is a great avenue. Start with just one class. Wake Tech and the University of Phoenix have awesome programs that integrate very nicely with a full-time position. Good employers will bend over backwards to support your education, especially if they are NOT paying for it .

I am currently am teaching at the University of Phoenix where the vast majority of students are working or transitioning to new careers. I love reinvention.

Maybe school is not out forever. Think about it. You always have choices!
