Rapidly growing high-end juvenile products company seeks motivated customer service representative with strong attention to detail. Full-time, salaried position with benefits and long-term growth potential.
We are looking for a long-term team member who will grow with our company. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills. The candidate must always perform in a professional and courteous manner. Working well with a team as well as one-on-one with customers is critical. Must also be comfortable working independently. Strong computer skills are a must. Experience with Netsuite a plus. Skills / Requirements
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to processing daily orders, resolving customer service and warranty inquiries, analyzing and reporting service data, and supporting overall consumer and retailer satisfaction.
