Recertification Manager (Asset Management)

Under general supervision, manage and supervise staff engaged in conducting annual re-examinations in accordance with established regulations and policies for public housing residents. Coordinate annual re-examinations activities. Maintain and monitor 50058 reporting and rent payments in computer system. Monitor Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) and Enterprise Income Verification System (EIV) activities to ensure compliance with HUD’s reporting requirements. Review and/or correct computed rental payments for quality assurance purposes. Establish policies and procedures to achieve goals to meet or exceed HUD standards. Maintain recertification records and files.

Requires bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, sociology, psychology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, including two years of supervisory experience. Experience involving dealing with the public, using a computer, and in public housing preferred. Hiring salary range: $36,793 to $47,831.
