Register Nurse Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising 20-25 employees in the Skilled Nursing Facility in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitor and direct medical care and assistance to all residents in the healthcare facility.
· Supervise activities and performance functions of nursing stuff on duty.
· Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with government regulatory policies and procedures.
· Ensure that Caretracker documentation is completed each shift.

Requires RN Licensure in the state of NC. 1-2 years related experience and/or training in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care Facility preferred. CPR required with 30 days of employment.

Work Schedule: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm (Mon - Fri)
