Job: Outside Sales

We are seeking individuals for outside sales. Individuals who meet with business owners and business managers for the purpose of selling services , for the cleaning of buildings and businesses.

JAN-PRO Cleaning Systems is one of the country's foremost commercial cleaning organizations, with offices throughout the nation. In Raleigh, JAN-PRO Cleaning Systems was established in 2000. JAN-PRO International was established in the early 1990's and now is active in over 85 metropolitan areas in the US, Canada and Europe. Our team sales process consists first of identifying buildings and businesses that are less than satisfied with their current cleaning services. After that we evaluate their cleaning needs, provide a JAN-PRO proposal and then consummate with a written agreement. From there our Operations team takes over to get services started. We seek well-groomed, professional, enthusiastic and energetic people who are seeking long term career positions. We have regular work schedules and, for most, no evening or weekend work requirements.

Skills / Requirements Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills, in English.

Well groomed and confident.

Successful prior sales business to business experience.


Desired but not required:

Prior experience in the cleaning (or related) industry.

Strong and friendly telephone skills.

Computer skills (Internet, MS Office, ACT)

Math and/or accounting aptitude.

College education
