Static Control Components (SCC) is actively seeking results driven candidates for Sales Support Representative positions. The primary purpose of this role will be to take inbound customer calls and enter new orders, prepare paperwork for shipment, enter quotations and other administrative duties/responsibilities/etc. The position will be responsible for support of sales representatives and working with the sales department and the customer to resolve any issues concerning the order, pricing, shipping, etc. The ideal candidates will have experience supporting sales representatives, will be proactive, will be able to work within given time frame guidelines and maintain comprehensive follow up procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills / Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate‚s Degree preferred
* 3+ years related Sales Support/Customer Service/Order Entry experience required
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
* Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel
* Strong work ethic, high integrity and good attendance required
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
* Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) speaking a plus
