Job Description
As a Learning Process & Quality Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and implementing approaches and tools that standardize learning processes and drive quality in all learning outcomes across the enterprise. The Learning Process & Quality Senior Consultant will also act as a learning expert on instructional design models and guide Learning & Development teams on which models are best to leverage for projects. Additionally, this role will design, maintain process and quality documents that support Instructional Systems Design models to ensure consistency across Learning & Development Teams.

As part of the CVS Health Learning & Development Center of Excellence, you will facilitate process and quality standards the team will leverage to design and deliver solutions for all colleagues in the organization. The CVS Health Learning & Development Center of Excellence is a team with 500+ resources that provides learning solutions for all CVS Health colleagues.

Additional Responsibilities of the Learning Process & Quality Senior Consultant:
? Act as an internal master of Instruction Design Models in order to educate enterprise Learning & Development teams on existing and new models.
? Partner and strategize with business unit leaders and 3rd party vendors to implement learning programs aligned to enterprise/business units specific objectives and goals.
? Design and deliver new hire on-boarding for new instructional designers and training delivery team members
? Partner with design, delivery and documentation teams to define consistent quality standards
? Design/maintain an infrastructure to test against these standards for trends and improvement opportunities.
? Drive process excellence in conjunction with the management team.
? Design and maintain industry-leading process/quality documents against best-in-class Learning & Development benchmarks.
? Continuously monitors external industry for improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications
? 3 years of related Learning and Development experience

Preferred Qualifications
? SAM (Successive Approximation Model), Dick and Carey, and/or Rapid Prototyping Master methodologies highly preferred
? Deep Learning & Development experience
? Strategic thinking
? Collaboration & influencing

Education
Bachelor Degree required
