    Job Description Summary

    -Acts as the primary contact for the state client
    -Ensures that program operations are in compliance with all applicable requirements of the contract, as well as State and federal regulations.
    -Ensure that goals and objectives are established by Project Manager that support the overall Project strategies.
    -Oversee all project administrative operations including budget, financial controls, and human resources.
    -Plans, develops and schedules priorities for achieving operational and performance goals.
    -Reviews management, productivity, and financial reports and studies to ensure program objectives are met.
    -Participates in internal audits, research studies, forecasts, and modeling exercises to support Project direction and guidance.
    -Manages operational managers including performance appraisals, mentoring, and professional/development guidance.
    -Demonstrate a high level of dedication and proactive leadership in meeting corporate goals and program objectives.
    -Performs other duties as assigned by management.

     

    • Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company.
    • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
    • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
    • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
    • Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
    • Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.
    • Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
    • Reports to Senior Director or VP level.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, master's preferred.
    • At least five years of experience in a senior management position in a health or human services-related field
    • Operations experience
    • Call Center experience
    • Held a high level position at a Sr. Mgr or Director level
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Technically savvy with Microsoft applications and knowledge of systems
    • Excellent writing skills (Writing sample may be requested)
    • Proven ability to handle large complex projects
    • Strong understanding of Outreach requirements
    • Exemplary communication skills
    • Excellent people management skills
    • Strong client management skills
    • Computer literate and information systems aptitude
    • Strong communicator. Advisory, persuasive abilities, coaching and mentoring
    • Proven ability with operational processes and working with community groups
