Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Morrisville, North Carolina (Morrisville, NC). The Technical Support Engineer will work with customers to resolve technical issues during standard business hours. A Technical Support Engineer will assist customers through the phone, email, and web on technical issues across multiple systems, platforms, and applications. A successful candidate for the Technical Support Engineer role should have excellent verbal and written communication skills at a professional level and strong troubleshooting skills.
This is a direct placement opportunity.
Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer include the following:
- 2 plus years of Active Directory experience with the ability to create users, organization units, & forests
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 & 2012
- Proven experience troubleshooting Active Directory, Windows, Exchange, SQL Server, and Unix
- Attitude and aptitude to learn new technology and software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,0000 depending on experience
