We are currently seeking a Tolls Operations Specialist for our Transportation-Infrastructure Practice.
The Tolls Operations Specialist position will include an emphasis on tolling / technology operations, business administration and management, and contract performance monitoring. Candidate will provide services and recommendations to assist clients with contract performance monitoring, systems monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, systems procurements, customer service operations, and additional technical aspects associated with ongoing maintenance, operations and expansion of their facilities and systems. Candidate must have the ability to develop / build upon working relationships with clients and other consultants.
- A Bachelor's degree focused on engineering, information technology, business or related field
- 0 - 4 years of related work experience
- Experience in the operations, planning and monitoring of state of the art technology projects (consulting or program management)
- Experience in operations management and contract compliance monitoring
- Experience with transportation technology or roadway ITS Systems is a plus
- Prior experience with troubleshooting issues that impact Operations and Customer Service and with client solution recommendations
- Occasional in state travel required
