Position Information

The Food Services Assistant contributes to departmental operations by preparing all assigned items for patients, cafeteria and special functions. Serves food on patient tray line and in cafeteria. Delivers food carts and floor stock to patient units and retrieves food service trays and wares from the units. Contributes to sanitation by ware washing, cleaning work area and performing special cleaning functions as assigned. Moves between service areas in the kitchen, cafeteria, and dish room.

Experience Requirements

1 Year Food Preparation Preferred

Education Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
