Position Information

The PATH Benefits Specialist is responsible for increasing access to mainstream benefits for people that are homeless or at risk of homelessness, ensuring the delivery of quality care in accordance with established regulations. This position is part of the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness team, utilizing the Social Security disability insurance program, the Supplemental Security Income program, Outreach, Access and Recovery Model for eligible clients.

1 Year Outreach Or Related Position Experience Required

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree Social Work Or Related Field Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Maintain Vehicle Operator Insurability Required

Hours of Work

M-F 8:00 - 4:30

Weekend Requirements

Call Requirements
